Review Time
I am sharing my experience with Lifestyle Vacation Club in Dubai to help others make an informed decision.
During the sales presentation, I was told that membership would provide hotel rates significantly cheaper than major booking platforms. Based on these representations, I paid $8,000 for a package.
After accessing the booking platform, I reviewed several hotel options and found that the discounts offered were approximately 4%, which does not reflect the substantial savings that were promised verbally and, in many cases, was comparable to publicly available rates.
The sales process was highly pressurized, with repeated attempts to encourage immediate signing and additional offers presented as time-sensitive. Key terms were not clearly disclosed during the presentation. Instead, they were only contained within a five-page contract, which customers are expected to sign during the session.
The package includes three complimentary stays, however, there is an 8–12 week waiting period to redeem them, which was not clearly communicated prior to signing.
Based on my experience, there is a significant discrepancy between what is presented during the sales pitch and what is delivered afterward.
Important advice:
Do not rely on verbal promises. Ask for every benefit to be written clearly into the contract before signing. Take time to review the fine print away from the sales environment. If you are told prices will be cheaper than other booking sites, verify this independently before committing.
What was presented as a "brief tour" ended up being a 3-5 hour high-pressure sales pitch with alcohol and false discounts. The cancellation policy was not mentioned, contributing to the feeling of being scammed. I plan to report this situation to the relevant authorities as my card was forced to be swiped.
What was advertised as a "brief tour" turned into a 3-5 hour, high-pressure sales pitch with alcohol and "limited-time" discounts. The cancellation policy was never discussed. This feels like a huge scam, and I will be reporting them to the authorities. They forced my card to be swiped.
This place is a disaster! There’s nothing nice or comfortable about it. We were a group of seventeen and everyone was let down. The villas are outdated, and the facilities are not functional. The food was terrible, and the service was nonexistent. We paid over $1,000 per person for an all-inclusive experience that turned out to be awful. Even the Italian restaurant was a joke with cold food and long waits. We encountered pests and unclean conditions. This has been the longest vacation ever, and I can't wait to leave. Many in our group got sick from the food. I strongly advise against this place.
Do not give them your money! They promised free tickets at the airport but then pressured us into a presentation that lasted 5 hours, despite our repeated refusals. They pushed us to buy a package worth over £3000, and my child got hurt during this ordeal. When I asked for a refund, I was told we couldn't get one because we bought a "package". I’m five months pregnant and the stress from this situation has been unbearable. This scam ruined our holiday and caused us significant financial loss.
We were approached at the airport and invited to a brief presentation that turned into over three hours of high-pressure sales. They falsely claimed to be affiliated with a well-known hotel, which was confirmed to be untrue. After returning home, we realized the verbal promises did not match the written contract. We filed multiple complaints with various authorities and experienced significant stress during the process. If you're reading this, take your time and don’t sign anything on the spot.
I joined this vacation club after being promised exclusive experiences and discounts, but the reality was very different. The member rates were often higher than public prices, and when I tried to use my membership, the hotel services were inadequate. They refused to cancel my membership or issue a refund, citing a cancellation policy that was never explained properly. This company uses deceptive practices that mislead consumers under the guise of luxury travel.
I want to share my experience to prevent others from falling into the same trap. I was approached at the airport with offers that turned out to be deceptive. I ended up signing a long membership contract under false pretenses, and later discovered the costs were much higher than promised. I managed to get my money back through my bank, but it was a stressful experience. This company targets tourists and operates with misleading tactics. Please be cautious.
I want to share my experience to warn others about this vacation club in Dubai. We were approached at the airport and invited to a so-called "Hilton presentation" that was supposed to last 45 minutes but ended up being over three hours of aggressive sales tactics. They falsely claimed to be affiliated with the hotel brand, and we were misled about the offerings. After returning home, we realized that their claims were misleading, and the prices were often higher than public booking sites.
