I was so excited to try this service but I was disappointed time and time again. The food comes to you looking like someone’s already chewed it and spat it back into the container, not at all what it looks like in their ads. Website is horrible and they’ve made it PARTICULARLY hard to find where to cancel or pause the subscription, how very convenient. The worst part for me though was choking on bones I found in their meals (2 separate meals) and when I reached out to them, they refunded me one measly meal and told me it wasn’t their fault since they buy their meat precooked from elsewhere. This is not the level of customer experience I expect when I’m buying almost the most expensive meal service in Australia. Do better!

Be warned

Footer should be embarrassed. Meals are nothing like they are depicted on social media. Food is sloppy, mushy and unsatisfying.I reached out directly and didn’t even get a response from my feedback.Meals don’t display an ingredient’s list and I highly doubt the macros are correct.Paying $180 for 12 meals that claim to be high quality is deflating when you receive cheap frozen like meals. If your after great quality meal prep options I highly recommend Papa Marcos who I’ll be going back to immediately.

Delicious

EDITMy meals were replaced, which I'm super happy with as the meals are delicious. Super tasty, great textures and good portions. Highly recommend as long as you get meals straight in the fridge on deliverySuper disappointed. Ordered $380 meals. They arrived in a flimsy cardboard box, full the the brim with 1 gelbrock in it. It was delivered at 8am, we got home at 2.30pm. Unpacked the box, the gelbrick had broken putting gel over everything, food warm, containers bloated and all lost cardboard labels. I have order many meals from other companies, never had a issues with 6.5hr being outside while at work. After contacting office, I was told that I shouldn't have left it outside for over 4 hrs, and 1 icebrick was enough for the order. They will give me $60 credit out of "Good will". Was really excited to try these meals, however, $380 of inedible meals, that wont be happening

Really confusing website

Really confusing website. I placed an order and cancelled it immediately after and placed a new one because I forgot to add a discount code. I ended up getting 2 orders because only future orders can be cancelled which is really confusing? Customer support seems unwilling to issue a refund so I won't be ordering again.

Never received my meals

Never received my meals, no communication from the company, planned and ordered well in advance of cut off, now left with no explanation and completely ruined plans.Update: After an hour on hold and being told twice that they are following it up, was told they lie on their website, no longer do Saturday deliveries and refused to refund me based on their fake website. Their call centre is overseas, 2 second delay in all interactions over the phone, horrible customer support.

I cancelled my subscription after two…

I cancelled my subscription after two weeks. I wanted to pause my subscription last week but thanks to horrible and confusing website the hold didn't go through. I contacted customer service immediately to cancel my order but they refused to do anything so now I have two boxes with 12 meals each coming over the weekend. The taste of the meals is pretty bland and I have a very hard time believing that there is 50g of protein in those three tiny pieces of chicken they give you. Avoid, there are much better options out there.

So many options to choose from

So many options to choose from. For the last few months i have been able to change meals weekly and still not run out of options for my keto plan. They have low calorie meals and high protein meals too.
