This is easily the most frustrating website I have ever encountered. It is full of glitches, has no contact information for listings, and the customer service is poor. Additionally, a subscription is mandatory and hard to cancel.
After the trial, I decided to sign up. This platform was the only source that revealed the sale of a house I had been trying to acquire for months. Many real estate agents told me it wasn’t available, but I was thrilled to find it listed here. I was the only bidder at the auction and purchased it for 93K, which after renovations, should bring in 500K or more. Incredible insights!
This review has been edited to reflect my experience accurately. I signed up for a free trial through an affiliated link without realizing it was connected to the service. After being charged via PayPal, I canceled and contacted the company, who did issue a refund. However, their affiliate marketing is quite deceptive, as I believed I was signing up independently. There was no information regarding monthly fees or cancellation options. Furthermore, there was no disclosure through the affiliate site. I reached out to them about my experience, and it seems the responsibility lies with the company for their marketing practices.
This is one of the most difficult companies to work with. I called because I canceled my subscription on the same day I signed up, yet they charged my debit card a week later. When I called for clarification, I was met with rudeness and was hung up on. I requested to speak to a manager, but the same rude representative continued to interrupt and ended the call again. This organization lacks professionalism. Save your money!
My partner and I found our first investment property through email alerts from this service. We have it rented out for positive cash flow and are now looking for our next property. The site is user-friendly, and the resources available were invaluable in guiding us through the process.
