Good heavy duty bit of kit, i bought the version with the cage but have realised it isn't necessary. It seems slow moving, but you get through quite a pile of wood without swinging a maul and eats up those nasty twisty bits. Had a query about the delivery and phone was picked up immediately which is amazing in this day and age. Hopefully i wont need parts anytime soon, but i doubt it will be a problem with what seems like a very well run company.
