Review Time
There had initially been an issue trying to pay for the goods via PayPal, not sure whether this was the Forest-Master website or PayPal. Once this was resolved I was able to place the order for the Petrol Wood Chipper/Shredder. Unfortunately when I came to assemble the unit it turned out to be the electic version and not the petrol. At this point I'd already put the axle and wheels on the base. In fairness Forest Master were very apologetic and offered to collect the unit and replace with what I'd ordered. This would however take a few days and we really needed something for that weekend. So we decided we'd give the electric version a go and Forest Master would refund the difference. All sorted! NO! On taking the motor out of the packaging it was clear that the mounting frame and the aluminum housing were damaged. Final straw, so the wrong / damaged unit has been returned. Hopefully the refund arrives in a timely manner.
The saw horse is amazing, it holds the log nice and steady whilst being cut. I have had 3 other brands of sawhorses and this is the best by far, I wish I had bought one a long time ago 👌🏻👌🏻. The company give a true description of the item and post out faster than lightening, cannot fault them. Would definitely recommend them and would give 10 stars if I could **********. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
