I completed the on line log an order, thsi was not processed, I had to chase this several times, I was assured the collection was not booked however the date given no one turned up.
I then received an email to state that the collection would be Wednesday 25th February 26, however the driver turned up on Monday morning 23.2.2026.
On a plus side the driver was very nice pleasant and helpful, he has been before and give him 10 out 10.

Will try to tie you into super long contracts with large notice periods that are hard to get out of. Once we finally managed to leave they did not bother to make last collection of our confidential waste but still charged us for it. We complained but were told we would have to pay extra for a new collection.
