We have had an incredibly disappointing experience with this service. Upon joining, there was no onboarding at all, and when a staff member left, we were only alerted to problems through numerous notices from the tax authority. Nothing had been filed, and what was filed hastily was entirely inaccurate. We have spent over a year trying to get them to rectify the mess they created, receiving empty promises and missed deadlines. Posting here is my last attempt to secure the service we have paid thousands for. The stress inflicted on our small family business is unacceptable.
