I've been exchanging emails, but it feels like I'm getting responses from an automated system. I placed my order on December 2nd, and everything seemed promising initially. However, after two weeks without any updates, I contacted them. They informed me that my order wasn't completed yet, only to later claim that it was lost by the shipping service. Now, they won't prioritize my order after their mistake, meaning it won't arrive in time for Christmas.
