When I opened my package, I was honestly disappointed at first. 1 of the jars was broken inside, so that already put me in a bad mood. The scent was still there when I opened it, but seein the damage wasn’t cool.On top of that, I noticed the jar said Crimson 540 instead of Baccarat Rouge, so I was confused and wanted to know why. I reached out to customer support right away to figure everything out.They got back to me the same day, explained everything clearly, and broke down why the name is Crimson 540 and not Baccarat Rouge. They also addressed the broken jar and offered a solution w / no back and forth. Shoutout to Vony from support fr. Because of how fast and professional they handled everything, I’m still satisfied overall and would def order again
The product took over a month to receive and I was told it was due to the extensive quality control the product undergoes. Once product was received(I bought 5 lotions) none of them had any scent in them. They were all supposed to be a different scent. The company refused to acknowledge this as an issue and refused to do a exchange or refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
