We love the concept but unfortunately it didn't work for us. It may be the conservative nature of the regional city we live in (quite traditional in terms of buying property via agents). I don't know the reason but we didn't get any real inquiries at all, despite our suburb being one of the most sought after in the city and attractively priced judging by the very few properties sold in the area over the past 12 months. As I said, the concept is excellent and I can see it does work for others. Best of luck!

I admit to feeling quite nervous about doing it all ourselves, despite the fact that we have sold houses in the past. I was so impressed with the service we received from FSBO and support. The website was really easy to follow and use ourselves, which is important to somewhat technically challenged people. I was also pleasantly surprised with the ease in which things happened. The photographer was booked speedily and arrived within a day or two of being booked and did a wonderful job of making our lovely home look amazing in the photos. I admit that I wasn't expecting the quality of signage that we received. It was so professionally done and looked so eye-catching. Any time we rang to ask a question it was answered immediately. We are so happy we went with FSBO, not only for the ease of the whole program, but also for the $$$$$$ savings. It has saved us tens of thousands. Strongly recommend anybody thinking of selling their home, but being nervous of the process, to just go ahead and do it with this amazing organisation.
