Otherwise good website / service that lets you save money on real estate commissions but reduced satisfaction when costs you $400 extra (on top of $699) to extend until sold after your 6 months package expired if you don’t purchase ‘listed until sold’ initially (only $100 extra at beginning at $799). $250 extra to extend by 6 months. Don’t even think 6 months should be an option.
They make selling your own home easy! I preferred having direct contact with potential buyers. Organising open homes, through to negations was quick and easy with no waiting on a middle man to get back to you. I believe interested parties preferred having contact with the owner as we had answers to all their questions straight away. The platform used by For Sale By Owner is self explanatory and easy to navigate. Would recommend them to all my friends!
Simple & effective.For Sale By Owner was a wonderful platform to sell our house. The enquiry messaging system is simple & allows easy & effective contact with buyers.The amount of enquiries we had meant we were getting great exposure, & that buyers had confidence in the platform. My husbands health was not great which was why we were selling & FSBO gave us the flexibility we needed to have a successful sale.Would highly recommended FSBO to anyone who is considering selling.
