So simple to use with brilliant results

I've been using Fotojet for a few years now, stumbled on it via Google when I was looking for an easy-to-use image designer - I'm a bit of a numpty when it comes to this techie stuff! Using your premium trial

Using your premium trial. SUcks. Between text randomly disapearing from a whole collage, the option of changing picture effect (such as black and white) also simply disapearing... Experience so far is really frustrating. Fix your shiiite before asking people for their credit card number maybe? Its foockin 2021. Cmon.Edit: Thanks for the kind reply. But sometimes bad reviews actually go a long way. I could have contacted your support if one issue happened. But multiples times, over and over... Its bad review time. To your tech team, Im on windows using Edge with a pretty good pc all around (3080+i7-8700). Seems like issues often came with a weird refresh on your website. Like if it was trying to quicksave or something, then byebye 100% of the text in your collage (im trying to do a small comic book), or even the pictures would just go away. Try and go back on your hardwork's saved project ? Nah man, its gonna load, but with half your stuff missing, even though it said Saved, with the lil premium crown... VERY frustrating experience
