Review Time
An app with great potential, limited by their own design team, once fotojet ironed out these none sense problems (lazy and sloppy by choice rather than technical hurdle) it can even be the greatest, most easy to use yet affordable tool anywhere, but as where it stands, I can't give it more than 2 out of 5 stars for the line of work I perform It almost feel like some function of this app is intentionally designed to frustrate their users Some really cool conversation bubbles and comic effects are exclusive to each and individual collage template, are you kidding me? you can't even use a bubble found in template A to your template B, yes you heard it right. Oh, what I love the most is that once you deleted that bubble or effect, you will never able to add it back other than undo or ctrl+Z 2. Can't edit the frame size3. no universal editing/priority standard in clipart, again some cool bubbles and shapes found in clipart don't even have a universal editing features, stuff you found useful in "embellishment" won't work in "shape" and vise versa, looks obvious to me that this is clearly a sloppy and lazy by choice rather than a high technical hurdle Hide and limit the use of their comic dialog bubbles to their paid customer is what really cross the line for me. I thought this app was gonna save me tons of production time from Photoshop, but I ended up spent more time. Or Maybe fotojet's core target audiences are simple minded social media addicts who only care to use entry lvl function who never cared about editing. But for serious artist, comic maker, this is not the tool to recommend at moment
Very difficult to use. Have used other apps in the past and found this one quite difficult. Thought that it wasn't working because it was the trial, and so paid for the one month and still unable to load pictures to even attempt to do anything with the app.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and I did realize just a few days later. I expected them to be more understanding and flexible. I hoped that they will be nice and professional and give me a refund, especially because it is a 1 year subscription. But I received just a screen shot in which it was stated that it was mentioned that I will be billed. I understand that this is the procedure, but a nice costumer interaction and service will also understand my human error and close my subscription and give me a refund especially because I did not used their services and I do not intend to for the year I was billed.
