Communication with fountainhead staff was fluent, and they were accommodating to our requests. We have been satisfied with the stand as a whole and the result was positive. However, I think they should pay more attention to the finishes and details, There are small precautions that certainly do not affect the costs but rather the success of the project.
Fountainhead is a top contractor for tradeshows. Communication was fluent and transparent from the beginning. They provided alternatives to every request we had during the design process. As for the construction, our booth was totally ready one day before the show and was exactly as shown in the renders. Everything was of great quality, sturdy, and good looking. They provided on-site assistance as well. Excellent experience from end to end.
I can highly recommend Fountainhead BV. We contacted them for a European show as shipping a stand from the UK was proving to be expensive. The stand design was very good; it brought in the corporate colour scheme in a clever way. The attention to detail from the stand builders was excellent. We had many positive comments about the stand during the show. The communications between ourselves and Maya, from Fountainhead, were excellent. One or two minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. And finally, they came it at a reasonable price. Very happy with the service we received.
