The ordering process was easy and I received them so quick. I believe it took 2 days. I have to say that I love love love these extensions and they re so soft. I have thin fine hair and I personally only have to use 1 3 clip 1 4 clip and 2 -1 clip. They are totally undetectable and extremely comfortable. I ordered the 16 inch which go past my bra strap and now want to order longer ones. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
