Review Time
The delivery was very quick. It took 5 days (business days )for the package to arrive.(uk to California). I did like the hair style. I purchased the ombré espresso and it was beautifully done . The hair quality itself , wasn’t that great ; It got tangled real quick . I bought the hair mask and use it once a week , but even then , that hasn’t helped much .I would not purchase again.
In full disclosure, I did not do the online color match as I was in a hurry to get the item. I chose based on the pictures and descriptions. The color was way off of my own hair color which was not totally unexpected. The problem I had was the website made it sound like easy and free returns. When I took it to the post office to return, I had to pay almost $30 USD to ship it back to the UK from the states. I feel that with a product like this, there should have been an included free shipping/return label. I am out the time and money for the return and I did not have the product for the wedding that I was buying it for. That was disappointing, but also discouraged me from trying to replace/exchange the item.
Extremely disappointed!! I’ve been buying Foxylocks for 7 years now since 2015 and I’ve bought over 15 pairs. I recently paid £522 ( I had a 10% discount code) for 2 sets of 26inches to make a wig as I struggle with alopecia. I’ve been doing this for 7 years now and have never had any problem with the hair until now. I’ve dyed the hair with semi permanent Adore dye which is vegan friendly and has no chemical (same dye I’ve been using for years). The hair is USUALLY soft silky and last forever but unfortunately I feel as though I may have had a bad batch. I’ve had the hair since 22nd July which is 1 month and the hair is shedding, knotty, matts and is so frizzy. I contacted foxylocks and they said I should get a deep conditioning mask which I have done twice and left it over night but I am still left with the same results. I know asking for a full refund might be out the question but I was told I can’t be partly refunded because I had a 10% discount code even thought I’ve been a loyal customer for 7 years, have never had this problem before and have bought over 15 pairs costing £3000 and have spent £522 now on something I can only throw in the bin after a month. Extremely disappointed is an understatement and I’m sad to no longer be supporting the business.Changed my review as I noticed I bought my first pair in 2015 lol I’ve been supporting since the beginning!!!
