I bought 3 pairs of eyelashes from this company for the first time since my usual store closed. They are incredible; I love them! They are full and glamorous, and everyone has complimented me on how lovely they look. They were also cheaper than my usual brand, which is a bonus. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Love, love, love!
Great hair extension company, quality of the hair extensions is really nice and reasonably priced. Found the customer service team amazing, was unsure which colour would match my hair and the team kindly review many photos for me and gave there suggestion- which was a perfect match! Will definitely be shopping with Foxy Locks in the future.
As a hairdresser for 40 years, I’ve never encountered a hair oil as amazing as this one. It’s incredibly light, doesn’t leave a greasy feeling, and makes hair shiny and smooth while protecting it from heat. I’ve tried many over the years, but this one is unbeatable. Their shampoo and conditioner are equally impressive, and the silver shampoo/conditioner is the best. SCAMMERS . I purchased hair and it was the wrong colour they agreed to replace (at my expense)it with a colour they advised after viewing my photos. 6 weeks later!! The replacement came. And it was the exact same colour as before. Just a different style first was balayage and second was highlights. I emailed them to return it and sent the hair back unused exactly how I received them (and I was relieved they didn’t match as the quality was terrible they was all fuzzy rubbish) . After return I heard nothing back until I chased it up. They accused me of wearing the hair applying a product and scent . Which is impossible as they didn’t match my hair at all, so I couldn’t have worn them, I never apply products or scents to my hair in general. They want me to pay additional money again so they can-return hair that they have altered back to me which isnt my even my colour and they vandalised. Absolute scammers. They have no evidence and randomly applied oil or some kind of product bang in the middle of the hair. How convenient.if I wore them why would I randomly put product in the middle. And even if I wore them I wouldn’t be stupid enough to send something back in that condition. Absolute liars trying to steal money. It might not even be the same hair ! Adjust a scamming sample. BEWARE POOR QUALITY HAIR AND SCAMMER CUSTOMER SERVICE
Honestly horrendous. Please don’t waste your money, do some research and go elsewhere. I ordered from their website ‘Platinum blonde’ which was shown as a grey blonde on their website , in the description , reviews, TikTok videos and influencers. I had to wait 3 months for this product. They don’t tell you when it’s due to arrive, you have to ask and ask. I got told multiple different time frames. Bare this is mind if your wanting this soon! When it finally came it was yellow 😊 I’m not the first and won’t be the last bad review of not only the wait times but the colour. They’ve said every batch is different and that it’s the correct colour. Honestly do not bother and go elsewhere. A waste of time and money…
