Quality has gone down

I've purchased from Foxylocks for the past 6 years but I've noticed with my most recent purchase the quality has gone down. My hair started tangling like synthetic hair would & clips have fallen off the wefts. Normally I would expect these issues to arise after months of wear but I've only owned these extensions a little over a month. Super bummed about this.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant! I have a weird natural hair colour with strands of red and blonde. I also have blonde ends so I sent a picture for them to analyse and the colour they recommended was perfect! I was so sceptical but it’s an exact match! Worth every penny!

I have been using Foxy Locks for years….

**As per your reply, it’s the same to everyone, you won’t exchange or refund if you’ve taken the hair out of the box, the only way of knowing what condition the hair is in, is by taking the hair out of the box, so what would of been the point in emailing you?You’ll say exactly what you have done here and to all the other people complaining about the recent quality, a little reminder that you keep emailing me asking for a review, so I reviewed and it was July. It’s all well and good ignoring your customers but at some point you won’t have any because of your refusal to listen to them when they tell you that the goods they are receiving have drastically reduced in quality.These aren’t new picky people saying these things, these are people who have been loyal customers of yours for a long time, it’s your business not ours, so feel free to keep crapping all over it**I have been using Foxy Locks for years and have always told people they are the best quality clip ins out there, the hair lasted forever, was really soft, didn’t tangle and you could dye and style them easily, the clips were strong and the hair blended beautifully. This year I have ordered a set of clip ins and a ponytail and both were shocking quality, the hair used is completely different to what was, the clips are flimsy and tug on your hair, the stitching came out of 2 of my clips, if you tone them like I always have, they now go patchy, after 2 wears of the ponytail the hair is matted and unwearable, they shed, the hair is so much thinner and the hairs been cut wonky.It looks like someone walked around the floor of a wig making factory and collected random strands of hair, stuck them to a band of glue and then sold them without telling their customers that something has definitely changed.

Amazing Shampoo and conditioner, smells insane, hair condition is by far the best it’s been in a long time, suffered from hairloss due to illness and foxy locks has made it grow back. To say I’m a happy customer is an understatement, even my hubby and teenagers ( girls) one who’s 18 and has hair extensions, her stylist can’t believe how well her extensions are, she’s had them in over a year now and never had them removed yet, only pushed up, love it too and they have amazing luscious locks. Thank you so much. Keep being awesome Foxy Locks. Ps the Masque and hair oil are also equally fantastic and I believe this has definitely helped with my hair regrowth, your hair smells insane!!Fantastic customer service and super fast delivery. ❤️

8 Months and Still No Extensions

I ordered my extensions in June 2022 and it is now Feb 2023. I still haven’t received my order nor has my request for a refund been responded to. I have not received any shipping updates or any emails from the company since ordering. I am surprised at this as I found out about the company through a youtube review where the girl had a discount code but as it turns out, the company is clearly scamming people. DO NOT order anything from here.

16" Mochaccino

I love my Clip in extensions in the shade mochaccino... the hair is lovely and soft even after washing multiple times and the clips sit lovely and flat against my head. At the moment I don't think il use anything else - looking forward to ordering a shorter length for every day use soon.
