Avoid purchasing from the UK if you might need to return your item.

Avoid making purchases from the UK unless you are completely sure you won't want to return your item. I returned something that didn’t fit. The charges referred to as Island Charges, primarily the 20% UK VAT (collected by the delivery service), are not included in the refund, so you end up losing that part of the transaction. This seems obvious now, but it is not clearly stated in their refund policy.
