We had the time together voucher

We had the time together voucher, I made a mistake when exchanging my voucher, but was pleased to see I could exchange it, I didn’t realise that it would cost more money, I paid the extra £10.80 And placed an order for a night away, next I phoned the b&b “trevarrian lodge” and was told the voucher didn’t cover the room, and I would need to pay a extra £20, which reluctantly I did. On arrival at this b&b, we were informed that it was only us and one other room taken that night. The voucher was £100. + 10.80 + 20.00, a total of £130.80 for a room that if I booked direct would have only cost £80. I would not recommend this b&b to anyone, the room was not cleaned to a great standard, and the bed was old and uncomfortable, breakfast was also re heated.😟
