It was not possible to book online as we could not see available dates. We always had 'no confirmation' after trying to reserve.Phone lines full ( obviously).Email didnt help either.So i agree with most of thecfolks here.. Bad presentv!Bert
Ned and his team at Smartbox Atlanta went out of their way to help us from start to finish. From getting us the best deal to helping us with estimating boxes, i have never seen a friendlier, more helpful group of guys. I recommended them to a friend who was moving, and they were exceptional the whole way through with her as well.
I got this smartbox with a set of tyres I bought. After the bad experience I had with the site and seeing the hilarious choice one has with a € 50 dumbbox, I wouldn't ever think of giving one to anybody. I can hardly think of a more tasteless present one coudl think, apart from money in an envelope (although that would definitely be more useful and present more value for money.

my objective was to buy a smartbox for an activity in France; I live in Switzerland. The activity was not offered on the Swiss page of smartbox but only on the French. No problem, I thought since I wanted to pay by credit card. I completed the form, everything seemed fine, submitted the form - bang: Here the error message came: Even if one can choose any country in the world, one is only allowed to buy anything if one lives outside France. How ridicolous!
I spent that day about 45 minutes talking to your call centre and had to listen to such suggestions as "can't you ask a friend in France to buy the smartbox for you?". This is really not professional. In the end, I gave my credit card details on the phone to one of your colleagues and he did the purchase.
If you want to be part of a gloablised world, get used to the idea that people might want to buy a smartbox in a country in which they do not live and update your webservice accordingly.
