Lovely hotel deep in the mountains

Lovely hotel deep in the mountains, close to a variety of bars and restaurants and about 15 minutes from Andorra la Vella. Quiet and comfortable rooms and a small spa to enjoy.

You can’t speak to anyone at Smartbox!Over inflated hotel costs when trying to book meaning extra funds required on basic hotels. App is terrible Website is awful Still waiting for a reply 1 month on from multiple various methods of comincationGive cash a present this good idea is a stressful gift to receive!!! Still not used ours and doubt we ever will!

Terrible.We had this present for our wedding anniversary. It is impossible to register the number. I now have to go back to the kind friend who gave us the «  gastronomic experience in France » and tell them that he has to ask for his money back.Code: 221904026

My wife bought here a reservation but…

My wife bought here a reservation but when we arrived there for our anniversary they said it was not valid . It took couple of days to reslove the issue but we missed our special day.Be careful when you make orders……
