Ordered on the Monday and paid extra to have item delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as this was for a birthday present on Saturday. Checked with Royal Mail today (the following Friday) and Royal Mail have not yet received from Fragrance House. Rang for a refund and the person I spoke to basically blamed royal mail and said the item was dispatched on Tuesday, check with royal mail and they have not received the item as of Friday. I dont believe it was sent out on Tuesday issue very unlikely Royal Mail IMO.
Package arrived with only a free sample inside. Customer service is shocking and they are saying that I am in possession of the aftershave and they are not willing to help what so ever. If anyone has had this issue and had it resolved, please let me know. Thanks
Purchased Jean Paul Gaultier Ultra Male aftershave at Christmas - hasn't been able to be used as spray has developed a fault. Fragrance house returns period is 6 months for faulty items so are refusing to replace as we are outside of that window. They have suggested I contact the brand, but have supplied an incorrect email address, so I guess it's just a waste of £51.
