The only issues I have is the delivery please always let them know to deliver at the front door my last few deliveries where delivered downstairs at the apartment building entrance not my front door. I am just lucky I have good neighbors who don't steal packages.
Excellent orderin & cost experience! Get the top of the line fav fragrance products. The delivery took a minute but, how do they say, " all good come to those whom wait?" You will not find a better price -ANYWHERE! Fragrance.net Rocks:) My niece referred me...she has always given me great referrals in my lifetime:)
It was okay, but they could make the bottles the size they used to be. It's too small and not worth the money you pay. Because the amount is not enough used to be, it was all 3.4. Now it's like one point something. And it's ridiculous especially for the money that you spend

I wasn’t satisfied with the amount of product I received, so I contacted the company. They replied very quickly, provided clear explanations, and issued a refund without any hassle. Despite this, I’ll probably give them a second chance soon. Thank you for the good service!
Very good deals during holidays and free fast shipping is a plus. I ordered an Armaf, fragrance & it def did not smell like it. However, this order seems good. Customer service was quick to resolve issues.
Do not buy from this website. The perfumes and colognes are NOT REAL they do NOT smell how they should. Don’t waste your money these are not authentic! I gave them a second try and I am returning it because it’s not real. I would have returned the first cologne too but it was a gift for someone else
I ordered on this website for the first time because I am a makeup artist and I needed SIGMA brushes and I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER because somebody stole it it was a big order and they threw it in front of my door and no signature was required (it was mandatory on the payment) i wasn’t home and i never received it I tried to call them several times nobody answers but one of their agent told me that i’ll get a refund back to my original payment in 7-10 days but it’s been more than 3 weeks and i’m STILL WAITING ! I hope that they’ll figure what’s going on because i feel like i got scammed this is my order number 383619407
I ordered my favorite perfume from Fragrancenet.com and received something that doesn't even come close to the scent, although the packaging/box and bottle look like the real thing. I was fooled and will try and send it back for a refund. I am very disappointed about this - it's a knock-off fragrance and not the real thing.
My order was damaged during transit. I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped a replacement order out with no questions asked. I have ordered many times from FragranceNet and will continue to do so because they have high quality products at great prices and topnotch customer service!
It was a nice sale on a very expensive Chanel No5 parfum 2 oz bottle. I love this parfum as does my husband but it is VERY expensive. Because of the sale I splurged. It arrived in a decent amount of time.
