I had an allergic reaction to the spot cream. Broke out terribly. I paid over $115 dollars and only got refunded $96. I provided a doctors note about treatment. They forced me to get the spot treatment with an spf which I didn’t ask for or need. It “came with it” but ai didn’t get the full refund.
The offerings are prescription-strength and supported by scientific research, provided online by a certified dermatologist. The pricing is significantly lower than visiting a dermatology clinic, and the platform offers quick and easy ways to earn rewards, making reordering more budget-friendly. I’m very pleased with the results, along with many other users you can engage with on the app. Additionally, the support team is outstanding; they are extremely responsive and helpful when questions come up.
I stopped all refills as I reached my desired results, but the company failed to process my cancellation and sent products anyway. After using it for a couple of years, I am generally pleased with the product, but I've encountered ongoing issues with the automatic refill system. The platform primarily directs users to the refill option, and finding the single order option requires significant effort. It demands too much attention, as if this is the only thing happening while using the internet. This is the main reason I decided to stop using the company altogether, along with their very strict refund policy. If there's an issue with your product, it involves complicated steps or you're just out of luck. By the way, I do all my shopping online.
My review was not published on their website. It appears they only display positive feedback, so I’m sharing my experience here to caution potential buyers that this product did not benefit my skin. I used a treatment for hyperpigmentation and have been using it consistently, but it left my skin red and did not improve the dark spots at all.
The spot cream has been beneficial for my melasma, but it requires time and consistent use. However, I was quite disappointed to find that products are advertised at one price, only to be significantly higher when added to the cart. This feels misleading. I have screenshots of this issue with two different products, which is why I chose not to make a purchase on principle.
