Review Time
Ordered on 18th November, and on 10th December order is still not dispatched. I emailed customer service, they provided a tracking number that does not exist. I was supposed to receive my order within 5 business days. What a disappointment for an order I was really excited about.
I previously had an issue with getting a proper tracking number but once I contacted customer service, they went above and beyond to ensure my package got to me. I haven’t played it yet, but I have looked through the cards and they seem like they are going to be a good time! Thanks to freak or drink!
Purchased the bundle and one of our card games was not in the shipment. Contacted customer service via email. Very responsive and sent out our last game very quickly. My partner and I enjoyed playing. We got through about 40 cards before we couldn’t take it anymore and needless to say, it was a great night!
I'm a freaky guy, but also a busy one, and so my original product got lost somewhere on delivery, with myself not being able to pick it up on time. Needless to say, my local delivery service wouldn't help and so I contacted the company, wondering if they could help - they did! They sent over another product free of charge. It also felt like I was emailing a person and not a robot too, which helped.
I cancelled the order a month ago, and I can't get my money back. The company doesn't respond. Don't even think about ever ordering anything from them.----Update: ----After my negative review the company suddenly decided to provide me with refund, the company finally responded and I got a refund, but to my surprise they withheld about 20%. For what? I paid for the product, paid for shipping, and they withhold 20% for some administrative services? As a result: I made an order on 27th August, cancelled it on 3rd September, the product never reached their destination, but somewhere were in transit, after a bunch of emails, nerves, non-responses on 7th October - I received a refund with 20% withholding. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
Worst of the worst, my shipment was sent back by customs. I could live with that. But the customer service is more than awful. I tried contacting through email and Instagram DM's. The only respond with automated messages. I paid 100$ just to be scammed by people who want to make quick money but don't care about their services
