The games are great and I am happy with the customer support feedback. However, they should've been aware of Canada post's strike and use an alternate courier.

Tracking number but item not dispatched

Ordered a week ago paying for 24 hour delivery in the UK and quickly got a delivery reference but for days sat all week as Royal Mail still to receive. I wanted to be hopeful the bad reviews on here were not accurate or the norm but worried now is this company legit?If things change and I do receive the product I’ll change this review to one of the product. But as I say, low hope at the moment. Have also emailed the company and no reply.

My order was lost during Black Friday but the customer support team took quick action and resent a replacement. Order was received in a timely manner and was in discrete packaging as advertised. I am happy with their services

Didn't receive anything after multiple confirmations

I ordered a product weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Despite emailing multiple times, all I get are vague responses about checking on the shipment, but no real update or resolution. Very disappointed with the lack of reliability and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Fairly certain they didn’t dispatch my game. I first ordered on the 14th December hoping to receive for Christmas. It was β€˜dispatched’ on the 16th.I contacted them on the 19th when tracking hadn’t changed at all (it said β€œwe’re expecting it”). I voiced my concerns about it not arriving in time for Christmas and they replied on the 20th reassuring me it would arrive. I followed up on the 23rd saying it clearly wasn’t going to arrive (tracking still said the same) and asked for a refund. The reply ignored my request and told me there must have been a barcode issue as my item hadn’t been scanned since leaving their fulfilment centre (would this not have been the case days before?) and my order would be reprocessed immediately. They claimed my original tracking was still applicable to this new shipment.I contacted them again on the 6th January after the Holiday period as the tracking still hadn’t updated. They told me the same thing again, barcode issue, order would be re-processed and in a few days the tracking should be updated. I’ve now opened a case with PayPal as the tracking still says the same thing. I don’t think it ever even left their fulfilment centre as I’m fairly certain you can’t just re-use postage labels and it’s just felt like a stall for time. PayPal have said if I don’t get a response by the 31st they’ll intervene so I’m waiting for that. I’ve also had other packages dispatched from Canada that have arrived ages ago, so it clearly isn’t a delivery problem that’s somehow happened 3 times.Update 27/01/2025 -The tracking finally updated last Wednesday to say Royal Mail had received it and it was delivered last Thursday. The company then immediately updated the PayPal dispute I opened with the tracking information to have it closed. Pretty sure they didn’t dispatch until last Wednesday, over a month after I ordered, feels like too much of a coincidence to me.

Extra customs and very long delivery

Ordered from Germany. The delivery took more than 3 weeks!And: Although the website was showing "German" and "EUR" and there was no indication that there is any surcharge to the final price, the seller did not pay for customs. Hence some EUR 20 come on top per two set of cards and makes it almost 1/3 more expensive. To me, if felt like they do this on purpose and i felt scammed.

New review after shipment arrived

99% sure this is a fake or illigitimate company. I have seen some screenshots of people with "The box" of the game, but never any actual cards in hand. I ordered over a month ago and I got their boxed reply "We noticed a large number of orders was lost by the shipper." BS. The same thing can't happen with every single order. The shipping website is a sketchy EU site (despite listing themselves as having shipping warehouses in the US) but is legit enough since I've had plenty other things shipped through 17track. If it is a legit company, the Customer service "team" is one person who is in way over their heads. The idea is fantastic and has potential to be a fun product, if it were real. Do not buy from this company. Either they figure their stuff out and maybe a year or 2 later are legit or get outted as a scam. Either way, save your time and hassle. - UPDATE Jan 14 2025 - After leaving a poor review, the CS team message me the next day to address the issues. They shipped out a new package with express shipping which included the entire collection, not just my order. It arrived in a couple days and has been great so far. I'm really thankful that they kept addressing the problems.The company itself is doing its best to get off the ground and provide for their customers, but they're certainly facing a lot of setbacks. I would highly recommend to the seller to consolidate their shipping options and only provide tracked shipping, at least for a while. The logistical issues they are having with their delivery service might destroy the company. they're working much harder than they should to fix the mess of all the lost packages.

Has my parcel been sent ?

Ordered the game on 25/NOV and if I check the tracking link, it states that the parcel is still at their warehouse.Have been in contact with Chase from Customer Service, he says first there went something wrong and then he said that they already sent out a new game with the same tracking link.After the weekend it has been 3 weeks since I ordered. First I did get fast responses on the e-mail, however no I am getting none. Reading the comments, I am not even sure I will ever receive the game.Fingers crossed........................................................
