I have never successfully gotten a ride. The app cannot find a driver in the Opera district of Paris?
The one time I secured a driver they went to gare de l'Est, nowhere near my location. I was charged €7 cancellation fee.
Don't use it.
Booked and paid for a ride. App said two minutes away, driver called me to say he had arrived, app still said two minutes away. Ride then cancelled by driver and I was charged £6. All this time we were standing in the kerb edge outside of our hotel. The ride NEVER APPEARED. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED! UPDATE. WENT ON THE APP TO COMPLAIN AND GOT AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. GOOD SERVICE. THANKS!
can you leave a 0 rating. This company have just made our night the worst. My wife got me concert tickets for a gig I was really looking forward to. We pre booked a taxi the night before and never showed up. When trying to call the driver twice got no answer. I was offered a ridiculous voucher for free now that lasts 30 days. I never get taxis as myself and my wife both drive so only use them for special occasions. I have not been so badly let down by a company in my life. SHOCKING
Outstanding service from start to finish. The driver was polite, on time, and very personable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, making the entire experience enjoyable and hassle-free. I strongly recommend this driver for anyone in need of dependable transportation.
Recently, the map feature is showing standard prices in busy locations, such as quoting 1.1 in areas that display 2.2. I'm puzzled by this situation. It seems to lead to drivers declining jobs and customers opting for other services. When a driver passes on a ride, customers often turn to alternative options, which negatively impacts the service.
The app does not permit immediate changes to the destination address, which can lead to mistakes while typing. This resulted in me having to cancel the ride and incur a €5 cancellation fee. The friendly driver advised that if this happens again, I should leave the error as is, and they can adjust the ride to the correct location upon arrival.
Overall a good experience. The app is user-friendly and helped us navigate through Rome. However, the location locator lacks precision, and if a driver fails to arrive—like I experienced—there's no option for recourse.
A driver obstructed the sidewalk, making me go onto the road with my toddler in the buggy to get past. The company should revoke this driver's license for endangering others. I took a picture that I wish I could share, but there's no option for that.
I was billed 72 euros for a journey to the airport that typically costs between 35 and 40 euros: 60 euros for the base fare,
3 euros as a technology fee,
6 euros for a tip, which I did NOT choose. Is this now a requirement?
