All items arrived promptly and work as they should.
The value in the Big Spender is great with the 5l products and work really well on my vehicle.
Even when I was missing an item from the Big Spender, I emailed Jennychem and they were very helpful and sent out the missing item within 24 hours.
Brilliant products and will definitely be using them again.

Disappointed with the service

I was not satisfied with the service I received. A few months ago, I purchased a bundle, and after using the sprayers, I encountered issues with the snow foam clogging. I reached out to the customer support team but haven't received any response in two weeks! Meanwhile, I keep getting marketing messages. Not impressed at all! The company needs to improve.

Free postage on the core 4 cleaning kit .1 . Citrus blast . Really took the grime off 2. Fallout remover. Lots of purple bleeding on weeks of brake dust . 3. Cola shampoo . Boy does this sud up , using a wash mit . 4 . Hyper seal . Insane water beading ,with minimal effort. 5. Drying towel , this towel is simply ' witchcraft '. Place it over water and drag , the water simply vanished. No residue left , nothing . I couldn't even wring it out , only towards the end could I. Audi Sq5 SUV.
