It seems they misinterpreted my content as inappropriate, which is not the case. They haven't been responsive to my concerns when I opened a ticket to understand why my account was blacklisted. I'm really frustrated with the service staff. They haven't addressed my refund issues in the past; they seem to be issuing refunds to everyone else while neglecting my situation.

While I was configuring everything, an update was happening on their end. I briefly stepped away, and when I returned, the bot I had set up was mysteriously missing from my list without any warning. Assuming it was a technical glitch, I sought help through their chat support. Shortly after, I received a direct message from someone who appeared to be the owner. From the start, the interaction felt off. Instead of addressing my issue, they suggested I was someone else entirely, which was perplexing since I had no connection to that person. I made it clear multiple times that I wasn't that individual, but their responses continued to be strange and unsettling. The conversation felt erratic and overly personal, lacking the professionalism expected in support interactions. To make matters worse, I realized they likely had access to my personal information tied to my account, making the whole exchange feel invasive and genuinely distressing.
