Review Time
I bought 9 lights 5 years ago and 2 started failing at 4 years and 11 months. I called just after the five years warranty and they wouldn’t cover them. I said ok since you can’t cover them one week after warranty expired give me a discounted rate on new ones and when I got the quote they was no deal given. I can buy the elsewhere for the same price. I give them a thumbs down on customer support.
Our Church's parking lot LED lights were at their end of life and required replacing. By chance I found LED Lighting Supply on the internet. My call was taken quickly by Jake Hoffman, Product Specialist. I provided the part number of our existing fixture and he provided a recommendation on a replacement fixture and pole mount. Before we ordered all the fixtures we ordered one to test the fitment. The fixture was a perfect replacement. The design was well thought out which made is so easy to install. For example, your can install the pole mount first and then the fixture. We then ordered the remaining fixtures. Even working off a small manlift, we were able to install a fixture in less than 15 minutes. We had no issues at all and would not hessite to use them again.
Well to start off the lamps that I ordered come in and come to find out they did not actually meet the specs of what the part number stated online. Then turned out that the lamps did not work correctly anyway so we still couldn`t use them. I retuned all of the lamps minus 1 and vendor states that they are deducting me for 24 additional lamps being damaged and they couldn`t resell them. As far as I am concerned they got damaged on way back to them and they didn`t work any way so them getting damaged is not my problem. I learned my lesson my order cost me more than just the 25 lamps or so that he isn`t crediting. It cost me far more money in trying to install them realize they were junk and then going to find lamps that would work. These lamps actually cost more than another option that I found from a reliable manufacture. I wouldn`t recommend.
Sales person Aram Maranian did an excellent job providing a lighting plan for new building that now is a bright workspace. During install one of 14 lights was dropped from 12 ft hitting the concrete floor on its side. The metal frame was bent but the light survived and works great. Nice product. The product would benefit if it provided more info regarding how to wire the 0-10v dimmer for the DIY electrician.
