Natalie is a great sales person- very friendly and great to work with. She has been excellent throughout- proactive, clear communication, feedback and advice and always prompt in replying to messages. She did all the viewings and went out of her way to fit them in even when she was busy. She took every opportunity to source and follow up buyers and to answer queries- a very solution focused approach. The marketing was excellent and attracted a lot more viewings than other agents. Overall, 5 stars!

I was really impressed by the service from Luke Thomas at The Avenue, it's unlike anything I've experienced before from a high street estate agent. The house presentation was superb as was the attention to detail. I just handed over the keys to Luke and left him to it. I've now got a confirmed purchaser and the whole process is being handled for me with regular emails from Luke advising me on progress.
