Customer service really slow and some basic features missing. I really had to rant and rave to get attention from customer service, was just being ignored and in the end I was just told computer says no type answer. Very poor.

Satisfactory experience

Good trading platform with zero commission.App layout is OK but there should be more tools for personalising it.No commission fees but FX fees are sky high.Also cash in&out takes ages.Not norm in the age of fast Open banking.Customer service can be little erratic and slow at times.Recommended for trading British stocks and ETFs.
