Review Time
I have received a number of suspicious emails from freetrade. I questioned them using the app but the answer was insufficient. I have now emailed support twice and to date have not received acknowledgement of the emails, let alone an answer. Then get a message from support asking for feedback. This unsupportive response from freetrade seems to have only started since they started to use a bot to answer queries. Prior to that responses were quick and human. I am now seriously considering removing my account as a) I cannot be sure my details with them are secure and b) cannot get a human response from to sort this problem out. This query is now 15 days old and counting. Based on the customer service I have received in this instance along with the suspicious nature of the emails they have purportedly sent I cannot in anyway recommend freetrade as a safe company to deal with
