I found a blouse I liked but my size was not available on the rack. However, one of the staff kindly offered to check the stock room, found my size which fitted perfectly. Job done!
The staff member who helped me was exceptionally knowledgeable in guiding me to the right item since the one I initially selected wasn't the color I had seen online. She found the color I wanted, and I was genuinely grateful. Besides being friendly, I found her very professional and she provided outstanding customer service. I apologize for not knowing her name, but I was the customer who purchased the grey tank top on Sunday.

I am very disappointed and surprised by the poor customer service. The company claims they will dispatch within 1-3 days and that orders will arrive within 3-5 days, but they have not met these timelines. After six days, my order still hasn’t been dispatched. I waited 20 minutes for a response on the online chat, only to be told it was packed and would be dispatched yesterday. I felt like the representative was just trying to end the chat. It still hasn't been sent out. I tried chatting again this morning and waited 30 minutes without being connected. I finally reached someone who confirmed that it was not dispatched as promised. I have requested a cancellation and was told it would take 24-48 hours to process, with a refund expected in 3-5 days. I will update this review after that time. Update 3/12 - as expected, this has still not been processed. No contact at all.
The staff were incredibly helpful and honest about whether the garment suited me or not. I bought a beautiful dress and accidentally left my watch in the changing room. When I returned two hours later, they recognized me immediately. I was at Cheshire Oaks but can’t recall the assistant's name.
