It has now been 14 days since I ordered my connectors, and they have yet to arrive. The invoice mentioned a delivery time of 4-7 days. I've tried contacting the support team several times over the last two days, but my calls go to voicemail. I've also sent multiple emails without any response. While I'm willing to wait if there's a delay, the absence of communication is causing me concern.
My order was misplaced by the postal service during the holiday season. I called the support number and was redirected to a mobile. I explained the issue, and a new order was promptly sent via courier, arriving quickly. I'm satisfied with the response after the initial setback.
Like many others, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I ordered boots that were slightly cheaper than elsewhere, but the service was very slow, and my emails went unanswered. They eventually arrived, but the wrong item was sent in a dirty, damaged box. The incorrect boots were cheaper elsewhere, which was frustrating. I've made multiple calls and left messages to no avail. There’s no returns label provided, and returns are at the buyer's expense. I'm left with the wrong boots and out of pocket. It's disappointing that they even ask for a review. Avoid this business!

I can't recommend this service enough! I ordered a product on December 30th, and despite the holiday delays, it arrived just a few days later. It was packaged exceptionally well, taking quite some time to unpack. The service was top-notch from beginning to end. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you!
Dealing with this service has been a nightmare. There has been no response to my emails, and they don't answer the phone. The customer service is the worst I've encountered. I regret not reading the reviews first. They have my money, but I haven't received my item, which was supposed to be sent via courier, not Royal Mail as the invoice indicated. I still haven't received it, and they haven't made any effort to follow up.
Not impressed. I tried to contact them through their website for a pre-order question and waited days without a response. After sending a follow-up email, I waited again with no reply. As a result, I won’t be placing my order with this service. It's very disappointing; if they can't even respond to a simple inquiry, my business will go elsewhere. There’s no excuse for such a lack of courtesy.
