Wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered something they didn’t not attempt to respond to my emails. Once I read reviews I knew they were not going to even attempt to send out my item. 3 months later no item. Not sure how they are even a company. Don’t waste your time.
The worse experience with the cheap products and awful customer service I spent 200 dollars on 6 items and just 1 item was useful , the rest was sent to the trash right away as they don't do refunds Don't waste your money in this website
FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST.Ordered two life jackets for frenchies in August.... and never received. After continually chasing they admitted lost in transport and have promised refund.... which has never been received so I have now had to report to the bank as a fraudulent transaction. Cant comment on customer service as THERE IS NONE!
Total scam. As with many other reviews that I have seen, two months after my order, I was told that my items were "lost in transit," and would be delivered in "10-15 days." It has been another three months (a total of five months), and the two Frenchie harnesses that I ordered have not been delivered, and are obviously never going to be delivered. Do not use this site.
