I've ordered a hoodie on Nov 21st, a pre-order that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks... it's been 15 weeks/3 months now and i still haven't been sent a delivery code.
I've contacted the support twice and they always try to tell you "they're working on it" or "they're a small team" and "didn't expect that many orders".

Yeah well i didn't expect my boyfriends birthday gift to be shipped months late... honestly I'm quite done at this point.
I'd never order here again.

Don’t waste your time with this company!

I pre ordered my two tracksuits middle of December, it’s stated when I pre ordered my tracksuits that it would take 6-8 weeks for my order to send to me. It’s now currently been 10 weeks and I’m now getting told it’s on its way. Not only that I’ve had to pay a £70 customs charge which I had no idea I was going to have to pay. Furious with the amount of money I gave these guys for 2 tracksuits and never mind the customs charge and uncertainty about receiving my order. Definitely not a company I would recommend to anyone!

Initially worried, but great support

I was worried at first because my order took longer than expected. After contacting FRIED Skateboarding’s customer service, they were attentive and provided all the details I needed. Delivery took time, but I’m satisfied with my product and their support.

I initially thought I had been scammed…

I initially thought I had been scammed but despite the wait I'm really happy with the product.There were some shipping delays and DHL lost the original package but another was sent shortly after this was investigated by the team at Fried. The customer service responses were usually 5 days between emails but nevertheless the support was always helpful and reassuring so don't panic if they've not responded immediately, they're just busy! The tracksuit is of good quality and tailored nicely. I love the look and feel of the garments. Look forward to purchasing again in the future. Patience pays off in the end.

Patience pays off

I have to admit, I was mad at myself for ordering an expensive tracksuit. I was also a bit paranoid about getting scammed.It arrived last week and I have to say - it's worth every penny. I'm obsessed with it. I love the look, the fit and the top quality craftsmanship. I never want to take it off.

Im happy with the hoodie and the quality is good (except for the zipper - it works fine, but is really light weight so probaby cheap).Shipping takes a while, but they tell you that, before you order.

Awesome support

There were major shipping delays due to tariffs, this was my first time ordering with Fried so I was very worried. The team did a great job of reassuring me and my package finally arrived. The hoodie is so dope and I’m excited to give to my girlfriend for Christmas. Thank you guys!

Is the pricepoint fair?

I got a hoodie for my boyfriend, he loves it. The material is of very good quality, the cut and design are great, it’s fairly warm as well. The only thing is the pricepoint, wich (if it does) will justify itselt over multiple years of use.
