Excellent service. I purchased dining chairs from England and this company delivered them to my door. Regualr update emails were provided. So I knew the day and time they would be delivered. The driver contacted me 40mins prior to arrival and even got them here earlier than scheduled. They very carefully unloaded all 8 chairs and there was no issues with the condition of the chairs.

Delivery is shit and so is the customer service - for 9 days I have been waiting for my parcel with repeated messages on the track that my parcel is out for delivery today ... there is no custoemr service to communicate - I have not received my order and have cancelled it with Shein for a refund - I'll never order through Shein again !
Absolutely the worst delivery service the drive drove up threw my parcel on his bonnet of his car to take a photo of it then proceeded to the front door where he lobbed it (threw) the parcel at the near the front door hence some of the goods being broken. We have it all on CCTV but still claim it wasn't thrown
My delivery was booked for between 10 & 12 however they only arrived at 4pm. The good thing was the drivers name and number were given to me so I contacted him and he agreed to call me half an hour before so I didn't have to hang around all day. My delivery was in excess of 65kgs. The two guys were really pleasant and strong and had no issue carrying it upstairs. All in all a very pleasant experience.
I received an email when my purchase arrived with the courier. Then received expected day delivery. The next email gave a time frame of delivery for that day.The two fellas arrived, super kind and considerate. They were also very friendly.I would recommend them, 100 percent.
