Review Time
I was preparing for a hunting trip out of town and Kim Taylor pointed out some services that might be beneficial. She was very helpful and took care of the process for me. Kim is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help any time I come into the bank.
Ok So I can't drive and have no way down to the bank i have asked several times if I am the primary owner of this account and I had added my grandson darion onto the account until he ws 18 and they have said the only way to have him taken off was he had to come in and have his self removed he keeps spending all my money. This is my account and I want him removed!!!
One of the best banks I've worked with everybody is very friendly very kind and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I've been getting maintenance fees after agreeing that I wouldn't have any maintenance fees. Money has just been deducted from my savings account for maintenance fees that I didn't agree to, so I kind of feel like I am being stolen from at the very least. I wish someone would've told me because what happens if I don't have that money in the account and it gets overdrafted? Well, I then overdraft money as well. You see that's where it becomes unfair so it seems like a slippery slope to me always be honest with your customers as a small bank. I don't think they can afford to lose a lot of people other than that I've had a great experience.
