Ordered 2 boxes and got exactly what was expected. Opening was fun for us all and received a mix of undeliverable mail, some shein/temu returns, some repackaged items. A few things I can use or regift, a few resell or garage sale, one broken item. All in all, satisfied with what I paid and the value of items. Will definitely try this again.
I just wanted to thank you for starting a new family tradition this year. I lost both of my parents within 5 months of each other so Christmas was something I wasn't really excited about. I saw a tik tok of your team opening mail items and I knew right away I had to do this. My Mom would have enjoyed every second of opening random presents! Our party box did NOT disappoint!!
We laughed at the aqua blue buddha statue that came, we had the best time trying on the clothes and shoes (THAT FIT), and even found some things to gift to my teachers- I mean who else could use bulletin board borders!! The ride or die bridesmaids kimonos were hysterical and we can definitely use the sink strainers..

I have ordered several boxes and have recently noticed that many are filled with returns from other retailers. This trend seems to be common, not just with this service but also with other sources I've ordered from in the last couple of months. This service has a good reputation and has previously provided great boxes, but unfortunately, the quality has declined compared to over six months ago. Unless you're a clothing reseller, it may not be worth the investment right now.
I have purchased several boxes from this service. The mini unclaimed mail box is always exciting to open, but I recently bought the rewrap box—what an experience! My husband and I had a blast and decided to keep several items. I would absolutely buy this again! So much fun!
I bought this as a gift for my husband's birthday since he already has what he needs, and I thought it would be a nice surprise. I purchased the regular-sized box for nearly a hundred dollars. Many items were quite small, and most were aimed at women. There was a medium-sized jumpsuit that was too small for my 11-year-old, an inexpensive watch with a beaded bracelet, a white robe with black spots but no belt, and some questionable exercise equipment. There was only one item he might use, an instrument for checking car error codes. The overall value felt like half of what I paid. While I understand the gamble, I was disappointed with the sizes and contents.
This service is exactly as it claims to be! I researched getting a mystery box for a fun Christmas game and came across a video showcasing an unboxing. I decided to get one for everyone to open and exchange if they wanted! I couldn't resist and opened my first box myself. I've since ordered a couple more and promised myself not to open them before Christmas. I wish I were brave enough to make a YouTube video to share my experience, but that's not for me. Having only written one other review, I can confidently say this is a very worthy service!
