Absolutely horrendous customer service no consistency and they keep sending auto bot responses even when connected to a person supposedly! They suggest going to click on certain pages and instructions that simply do not come up. They then disconnect chat. 3 hours yesterday 4 hours today. Do not waste your money. They won't ring you when ive asked. Its a utter joke.
The Furbo cameras i got (360 and mini) worked great for two months, until they updated their software and removed the download function. For two months i was able to record and save videos of my dog having episodes that i needed to show the vet; then some genius removed the download function in an update and i cannot download and save videos to my phone at all any more. This makes it useless for me. Their answer is to go through an extra three steps to save the video through a Google app and then to my phone, which doesn't work. So, it's a waste of a year subscription and a ruin of a really useful camera system.
Wouldn’t recommend! The whole point of this camera was to offer me reassurance that my pets are ok when I’m at work but 8 times out of 10 the camera doesn’t connect. I paid for the subscription which wasn’t cheap and I find the functionality of Furbo nanny to be very poor. I often get incorrect notifications like “your dog chewing on something” or “getting active” when she isn’t and it misses notable activity like when my dog and cat are playing together. You can only add up to 3 pets and I have 4 but it doesn’t recognise/pick up my black cat which is ridiculous when it’s advertised as a pet camera. I have bought a cheaper alternative (£25) indoor cctv camera with motion detection and it works so much better than Furbo and doesn’t require an overpriced yearly subscription.
Furbo broke after 2 years - just randomly stopped connecting. No free replacement from Furbo, only offered to buy another and purchase a warranty subscription (so would work out at £300 for a camera that will break after 2 years!) Do not buy!
Our Furbo broke after a couple of years of light use, contacted their customer service, they could not fix it and only suggestion was to buy a new one or pay a high yearly fee that is equivalent to buying a new one every 2 years. This is not acceptable, it shouldn't break after a couple of years of light use, it's a shame Furbo is not built sustainably and that their plan is just to get more money out of people every 2 years as soon as the warranty is over and for a product that is already too expensive in the 1st place.
