I placed an order on the 27th of November and have received no communication from the service! I have tried reaching out via social media and email but received no replies. I had to contact my bank to initiate a refund for the order. Avoid this service at all costs; it's been a terrible experience.

I placed an order on September 22 for a product that was supposedly in stock. My customization requests were ignored before purchase. Despite placing the order, I am still waiting for updates on shipment as of October 15. This company clearly takes orders without fulfilling them.

I waited three weeks for a product that was listed as available on the website. I never received an invoice. I sent two emails and a message on social media regarding the invoice, but have yet to receive a response. Very unprofessional!
