Thoncy was the agent that helped me via chat & he was nice, swift and on point when I received his help. It was brief, & I was a bit worried/stressed right before I got connected. But I felt in good hands right when we started chatting. It was important for me to get back into my account because I was accessing a gift card that my mother sent me as a Valentine’s Day gift. I am in Pennsylvania & it is about 6:30 in the evening where I am & I just wanna say another BIG thank you for whatever time zone the live agents are in that someone was available to talk to me and help me solve my issue, that actually means a lot! This was my first time purchasing a gift card for myself and I was just lost. The first payment went through and i had no idea what was the next step. I reached out to customer service and Zach walked me through the entire thing, less 5 minutes. I should have received an email and I did, it was in my junk folder. He then walked through accepting the card.
