Somehow I got a Furvosta membership and…

Somehow I got a Furvosta membership and was charged $19.47 which was deducted from my bank account. Because I do not have a pet or need this membership I requested a cancellation and refund. After several communications with support staff, I was finally granted a refund. I truly appreciate this gesture because I am on fixed income. Please donate rewards to SPCA or animal shelter. Also thanks gor the immediate responses to my queries.

I am a 71 year pensioner and least to say not very clued up with social media, Furvista was so kind to me, I've had a credit balance on my account and due to my age I am not allowed to have a pet at the retirement estate where I live. So Furvista decided to refund me, I hope that this company just go from strength to strength!!
