Ordered a washer and dryer. After having a horrible over the phone customer experience with ordering the washer and dryer, I was hoping for better the second time. I called them because I am two days out from my delivery date for the appliances and I haven’t heard anything via text, call, or email. When I logged into the site and checked my order both the washer and the dryer were canceled. I had not received an email, phone call, or text message notification that they had canceled my order at any time. I was connected with a customer service representative right away. I gave them both order numbers and was put on hold. After 15 minutes of the phone call the customer service representative came back online to ask me what was it that I needed with these orders. To which I said as I had asked you, I’m looking to find out if they are for sure canceled and if they are canceled, why since I’ve not received any information at all. I’m done on hold for another 10 minutes or so at the end of this conversation which at this point is over 28 minutes she gives me two new confirmation numbers and said that they are supposed to be delivered in two days. When I log into the site and input those confirmation numbers, they are invalid and I now see my credit card has been refunded. This is an absolute nightmare. As a mom with a full house of kids that I need to keep up with laundry, I would never use this company again.

Disappointing experience with the service

As a customer who owns rental properties, I have relied on certain appliances for years. Unfortunately, my stove, which is just a few months old, has started malfunctioning. An electrician confirmed that the electrical connection is fine. We have been trying to get the manufacturer to address this issue for about five weeks, but they continue to reschedule the repair appointments. I find this company to be quite unreliable.

Disappointing Installation Experience

I was surprised to find that this company has an A+ rating, given the numerous negative reviews online. I ordered a washer and dryer with professional installation, but both units were incorrectly installed. The washer shook violently, damaging my new home. After discovering shipping bolts were still attached, I removed them, but now the washer hums during every load, and I had to pay for wall repairs. When I contacted the company, they offered no assistance or refund for the installation. The dryer has also been problematic, with a loud noise and a disconnected vent hose. I am deeply disappointed with the service and regret my purchase.

Useless Warranty

The warranty provided is ineffective. I paid $1200 for an induction cooktop, which malfunctioned on Christmas day. A serviceman came weeks later but only ordered parts without fixing the issue. They won’t allow an exchange for an upgraded model, leaving me with a malfunctioning cooktop.

Lack of Responsibility for Damage

The company does not take responsibility for clothing damaged by a defective washer I bought. After just six days, my delicate clothes were snagged, resulting in $2,000 worth of damage. Despite confirming the issue, their customer service informed me they wouldn’t cover the damages. I have all the evidence and would not recommend this company.
