This company is doing well by staying in communication with me... I like that. I have NP's (haven't seen or spoken with a doctor as of yet but NP's are fine) and I always learn something by talking with them. I feel this company is doing a good job. The rest if up to me and my body.

I filled out the intake and paid for the medication. I was informed via pop up that I do not need a virtual visit due to the information on my intake. I was also told a doctor would review my information within 24 hours. Then I recieved multiple text messages and emails "welcoming" me and a text stating I must set up a vitual visit. Weird since I was already told I didn't have to but I went ahead and did it anyway. The first available was February 11th. This all started Januway 27th. I was disgruntled already given the amount of time and the conflicting information. Then I recieved an email with injection instructions for NAD+. Super strange since I signed up for a GLP-1 and never asked for NAD+. I contacted customer service via the online portal asking about the conflicting information, the timeframes and why I was getting information on NAD+. They came back with a generic response to the effect of "sorry you are overwhelmed with our emails". What?! Then I spoke to someone (whom is not in fact in the United States despite their website saying they are in the US) and she told me I would get my script approved soon and my script is "GLP-1 based". This was concerning since I have been on GLP-1 with another company as has my husband and the scipt never said "GLP-! based" it just said GLP-1. At this point I requested a refund. I never had a doctors visit, never recieved medication and never received any services from these people. I again went through the patient portal whom responded with another generic apology. Then, I received 3 text messages indicating I "must" choose a pharmacy. The pharmacy had a seperate charge. At this point, I am realizing I am being scammed. I agian went through the portal at which time I was informed my medication was approved and I would be getting .2 GLP-1 based medication. I informed them of the texts regaring the pharmacy and informed them .2 is not the recommended starting dose which is .25. They reponded saying the pharmacy is for anti-nausea meds and optional. I never asked or signed up for anti-nausea meds and the text did not say anything about it. They also said they will ask clinical why they put me on .2. The following morning I requested a full refund. They said no. They said since they already "processed"Tmy script they cannot refund my money. It makes no sense since their last communication with me was that they were discussing the dosage with clinical. So how is it they already processed the script? Their practices are deceptive and unethical. I am actually shocked they are even in business. There are many reputable companies out there that sell GLP-1. Please go to one of those instead.

Charged my credit card without a subscription, never talked to a Dr., never received meds. and won't refund me as they say it is outside of the refund window. Charges were for over 10 months and over $3K. I am disputing charges with credit card company and have reported them for fraudulent activity.

TRANSPARENCY IN PRICING AND ADVERTISING MATTERS. No legitimate physician is going to prescribe someone a year's worth of medication that they haven't simply tried first. Once again taken down the rabbit hole with an advertised price and then at the end it's substantially higher due to a prepaid yearly price compared to month-to-month price! Lead with that!!! It's the very thing they put down other companies for in their advertisements, but they do the same thing! WTF?! YOU WANT PEOPLE TO TRUST YOUR PRODUCTS BUT WE CAN'T EVEN TRUST YOUR PRICING OR YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS. UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. Chaotic and unprofessional. I had to find a replacement provider urgently and there are definitely better options out there. I called as advised and was left on hold for 82 minutes before I decided to hang up. As I mentioned, this place is unbearable. The saga continues as they called back and blamed me for this review, suggesting I file another ticket. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear.

Extremely satisfied with the entire process

I am very pleased with the entire process. The team has been supportive and explains everything in clear terms. Today, a representative called to confirm my appointment on January 29 and to ensure I had no questions or concerns. They also informed me that my next doses are on the way. Excellent customer service, and best of all, I am losing weight.

My appointment with the doctor was positive.

My appointment with the doctor was positive. However, I have concerns about the billing process, which has been quite challenging. I've received emails and phone calls with inconsistent information, and I still haven't managed to get my request processed to charge my FSA cards for my medication instead of my bank account. It's been very frustrating!

Challenging experience with this weight loss service.

Dealing with this weight loss service has been quite frustrating. I couldn't find their accreditation with a reputable source. They hold an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They utilize compounding facilities that are currently under scrutiny and have licenses on probation. After receiving a vial from one of these facilities, I requested one from a more reputable source, but my subscription was canceled! They then reinstated it at double the price! I'm still trying to get my refund. There are certainly better options available than this subpar online weight loss service.

Lack of Communication and Service

There has been a complete lack of communication up to this point; I haven't interacted with any representative and have not received the medication. Additionally, there has been no information regarding when I might receive it. It's puzzling why feedback is being requested at this stage. This morning, I received a call asking for my feedback, but since the product hasn't shipped and nothing has progressed apart from payment being taken, it feels quite absurd. It seems evident that there’s a disconnect within the company. I will provide further comments once I actually receive the medication. 🙄

A promising start turned frustrating

I began in June of 2025 and was initially very impressed. It felt easy, and I was quite happy. However, in November 2025, the website underwent changes, my information wasn't transferred correctly, and my shipment was delayed by over three weeks. I had to restart with the lowest dosage, and despite maintaining my usual meals, I've gained weight in the last month. It took three representatives to process my December order and arrange a virtual doctor visit. I was informed that I needed to fill out a form for my January dosage. To my surprise, that was not the case. Now, my prescription, which I prepaid through April 2026, is facing delays, and I have to undergo another virtual visit that I was never informed about. If I had received the necessary information upfront, I could have scheduled it properly, but now I'm left in a bind. I've been trying to book an appointment, but there are none available for weeks. This has become a frustrating experience, feeling more like a money grab than support for someone trying to lose weight.
