just wanted to give a shout out to the team atFWD CARE. I started my weight loss journey at 257 pounds 10 weeks later I'm at 226 pounds. My back doesn't hurt, my legs don't hurt, My breathing is 100 times better I feel 20 years younger. The team at forward care was able to answer all my questions. They were very informative.
