It was one of the most informative and helpful workshops regarding conscious conception without heavy jargons or overwhelming information. I’m walking away aware, confident, grateful and happy about this act of conception rather than fear and disappointment, thanks to the reassuring interaction with Dr Bhawna. It’s a must for all couples trying for a child! Complete understanding at the physical, mental and emotional level. Highly recommend!
I have attended the session. It is very hard to find this type of sessions in present generation, I have learnt many things about concious conception, she focuses on preparedness of body, mind soul to conceive a child who can potentially have good qualities.

Thank you so much ma'am for these14 days long Pregnancy health challenge workshop. You have given us a lot of knowledge, info, inputs and values which we were able to adapt& implement.added benefit was an immense joy with our unborn which is purely a subjective experience to articulate.While coming to the topic have to point out certain things.1.The entire class was well structured,evidence based that is something appreciated.2.Presentation design was more engaging&interesting.3.Well thought out Topic selection& class.This topic was much needed one. Bcz every pregnant woman faces one or other pregnancy related challenges in her pregnancy journey. If she has these basic knowledge can transform many things with ease and comfortably.These days we get loads of info from various sources. But we get confused whom&what to follow? In such cases joing a class run by an expert who has expertise in that particular area is always a wise choice. So that we get to discuss about many things we are not sure enough&to some extent i could do this. *Suggestion* :If you could add GDM, Hypertension related diet/food rules/asanas/or comprehensive treatment practices would be beneficial as most of them would be dealing with it.So overall you made us quite engaging, active, to express feelings freely by giving everyday challenges.Thank you so much once again.Suma shetty
A beautiful, blissful experience of being a mother that you feel while taking up this 14 days challenge. You develop a deeper bond with your baby mastering the 5 habits that are crucial for your and your baby’s wellbeing. Some experiences can’t be elaborated in words. One has to be a part of the journey to unlock the possibilities of what you can really do as parents for your baby. Can’t thank Bhavna Maam enough for making me a part of this programme and helping me learn to develop habits to fuel my baby’s 360 degree growth and uplift my mental, emotional and physical well being.
