Absolutely zero customer support. About 30% of my clients have been double charged when subscribing. Servers always down. Can't log in. Will read your messages and not reply. Business relies on these vps and now we have to vacate. Shocking I would not recommend this company to anybody at all. Awful service
greetings to you all And they stole a bill from me twice and closed my account while I was working on multiplexers, and my money was in danger because of them One of the worst companies that provide this service My experience is that I opened an account with them and 15 days before the due date of the bill, they sent a message to my mail asking to pay the bill, so I paid the bill eight days before its due date, but the surprise was that on the due date they suspended my account and caused me a loss in my forex trading, and I paid it a second time in The same day, despite that, my account was not opened, not even customer service responded to my messages. They stole a second bill from me, and my words were not even considered, knowing that in the first days of my subscription, they used to respond to messages in less than a minute, but now no one responds and the bill was stolen. Twice I have all the documents that support my words, and until now I have to wait until I am compensated for my loss with them in paying the bill twice without any right, and I will tell you after two days if I have been compensated or stolen
